Refund policy

Returns will only be accepted if your order has been incorrectly packed from our end or if the product is faulty. In the case of faulty product, Second Spring Bed Linen will either provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) or will provide a replacement free of charge.

If we have accidentally sent the wrong sized sheets or colour than what was ordered, Second Spring will provide a postage paid bag for you to return the incorrect item before a new item is shipped.

You must contact us at tania@secondspring.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to notify us of either a faulty product or the wrong product being received.

Returns will not be accepted if you have simply changed your mind so please double check your order before you hit the Purchase button.
