NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
Delivery Method
Normal Dispatch & Estimated Shipping Times using Post Haste Couriers
- North Island delivery target 1-3 business days from time of dispatch.
- South Island delivery target 3-5 business days from time of dispatch.
- For orders placed on a Public Holiday, after 12noon on a Friday or during a weekend, courier pickup will not be until the following Monday.
- Please ensure you select 'Rural address' from the drop-down box if you live rural, so as to avoid extra delays.
NB: Deliveries to RD addresses may take an additional 1-2 business days from time of dispatch.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE
Post Haste will not courier to a PO Box so please provide a physical address.
Additional freight charges apply for non-standard items eg: rural areas, non-standard addresses or unusual locations e.g Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stuart or Chatham Islands. If you address is not on either of the main North or South Islands of New Zealand then a delivery surcharge will apply to your order.
Rates as follows
Super King, King, Queen sheet sets: Flat rate of $11.50 per set; rural delivery $16.50 per set
Pillowcases: Flat rate of $5.00; rural delivery $8.50
Waiheke Island: $55.00 per item
Great Barrier Island: $55.00 per item
Stewart Island: $55.00 per item (all freight is held at Half Moon Bay Four Square for collection)
Chatham Islands: $55.00 per item
The Courier provider can leave the package if “Authority to leave” is given by the Receiver. With this process the driver will complete the delivery to a safe place, or a delivery point instructed by the customer. If Authority to leave is not given the item will be sent out as a signature required order. If the receiver is not home to accept the package a card would be left, and the item will be directed back to the nearest Post Haste Branch or Agent (this information will be provided on the card) you will then have the option to organise a re-delivery or collect from the depot.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our exclusive collection of sheets is designed to provide you with the ultimate sleeping experience. We take pride in offering a product that is not available anywhere else in the world. We welcome international orders and look forward to providing you with the best night's sleep possible.
Please email tania@secondspring.co.nz prior to placing your order so that a shipping fee can be worked out for your country of residence. An invoice will then be generated based on your order and shipping address and will be emailed to you. Payment must be made to our bank account prior to the order being shipped - PayPal payment is preferred in this instance. We use Aramax Couriers for international orders.
Our goal is to get internationally shipped packages to you as seamlessly as possible. We are not responsible for any VAT/GST, customs fees, or any lost international packages. Unless specified otherwise, for International shipments the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, and any other bank charges related to an International shipment.
