HOW ARE THESE SHEETS MADE?
We have very cleverly taken100% Tencel eucalyptus and 100% brushed cotton fabrics and sewn them together using a very flat and inconspicuous french seam. Brilliant we think!
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THESE SHEETS?
Second Spring Bed Linen products can only be purchased via this website and are not available in store.
Be wary of lower quality imitations from a 3rd party or another website. These sheets we believe are a world first for their design so there will be people out to copy us. Stay loyal - support this kiwi designed product!
WHERE ARE THESE SHEETS MADE?
We have chosen to deal with a leading overseas manufacturer, whose business was established in 1981 and who only deal in middle-high end eco-friendly products. They have a rigorous testing process which includes a 3rd party testing and inspection of all of their products before they leave the warehouse. Their products and materials are up to standards of OEKO-TEX, GRS and GOT.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Second Spring Bed Linen currently accepts all major credit cards, Direct Credit, AfterPay and PayPal. For PayPal payments, please use tania@secondspring.co.nz.
WHAT SIZES AND COLOURS DO YOU HAVE?
We stock SUPER KING, KING and QUEEN sizes available in both White and Duck Egg Blue.
The flat sheets for both our Super King, King and Queen sizes have a generous extra drop on them so no more problems of the top sheet not tucking in under the mattress.
The fitted sheet has a generous 40cm drop to allow it to tuck in under deep mattresses.

CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER?
Absolutely!
Please select "Warehouse pickup" in the Cart page to let us know that you wish to collect your order in person.
Collection is from our Warehouse in Tamahere, Hamilton. Please phone/text Tania on 027-242 3684 to organise a suitable time. We look forward to meeting you in person!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN /REFUND POLICY?
Returns will only be accepted if your order has been incorrectly packed from our end or if the product is faulty. In the case of faulty product, Second Spring Bed Linen will either provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) or will provide a replacement free of charge.
If we have accidentally sent the wrong sized sheets or colour than what was ordered, Second Spring will provide a postage paid bag for you to return the incorrect item before a new item is shipped.
You must contact us at tania@secondspring.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to notify us of either a faulty product or the wrong product being received.

Returns will not be accepted if you have simply changed your mind so please double check your order before you hit the Purchase button.
